The Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering at Gateway University Research Park in Greensboro, North Carolina, is offering its first conference on MultiModality Brain Imaging and Data Analysis. This first program will focus on three areas: basic functional MRI, advanced diffusion-MR imaging and tractography of white matter in the human brain, and seed-based functional connectivity of human brain networks, as well as the software tools (notably FreeSurfer, the CONNectivity Toolbox, Trackvis and TRACULA) for analyzing and visualizing connectivity and basic fMRI data. There will be some additional lectures on related topics, including near infrared spectroscopy measures.
